- Chongqing Runji Group was founded in 1989 in Jiangbei District, Chongqing. One of its subsidiaries -- Chongqing Runji Far East Alloy Co., Ltd., founded on January 24, 2005 and located in the Gangcheng Industrial Park in Chongqing’s Jiangbei District, operates on a registered capital of RMB 53.75 million. It was given the honor of “high-tech company” by Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission in July 2006. Its line of business includes the development, production and sales of non-ferrous alloys, high-melting-point alloys, cemented carbide, non-ferrous composites, alloy tablets, ferrous alloys and metal powders. The company produces and exports a series of high-tech alloy tablets which is exclusively proprietary in nature. The company is capable of producing annually 25,000 tons of electrolytic manganese powder, 25,000 tons of metallic silicon powder, 1,000 tons of chromium powder and 30,000 tons of various kinds of powder-metallurgy alloys.
- Runji Silicon Industry Co., Ltd, a second subsidiary of Chongqing Runji Group, covers the companies of Hunan Huitong Runji Silicon Industry Co., Ltd., Dechang Guoyan Silicon Industry Co., Ltd., Lianghe Runji Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. and some other enterprises with share, which specialize in the production of silicon metal with various grades.
- Another subsidiary of the group -- Runji Manganese Industry Co., Ltd. covers the companies of Jingxi Runji Mining Industry Co., Ltd. and Jingxi Huarong Manganese Co., Ltd., producing manganese ore and electrolytic manganese metal respectively.
